In Scouting, a boy is encouraged to educate himself instead of being instructed.”

Tyler got presented his Bear award in Cub Scouts yesterday. He has actually had it since July but, with us being gone, a wedding, Nate getting back, and volleyball we have not made it to a den meeting for him to receive it. Last night Tyler finally got to drag me (look at him he is dragging me) up to the front of his den and pin me with his bear pin and then get his bear badge. He also got a belt loop for compass and navigation. Look at my Webelo all dressed up in a huge over sized shirt. What a handsome feller.

Shoshone falls part 2

I have been wanting to go to the falls forever now. I have actually made a date to go once but had to cancel due to weather. But what a great family outing it turned out to be. Our first stop was to go to the closest observation deck and have a look at the falls as close as we could get. Then we went to a picnic table and had a tasty lunch of sandwiches, banana's, and chips. Unfortunately we forgot to pick up drinks which was the plan.Ella rolled down the big hill before coming to eat. After our lunch we went hiking up the trail to other scenic look outs. The weather was perfect for our family outing. It was nice and overcast so there was no blaring sun.The kids found this awesome cave and everyone had to have their picture taken in it.There were many different places that had water running down the mountain. The 2 younger kids loved to find them and point them out to everyone.Ella's bum got really dirty from sliding down the mountain. We did stop and rest in the middle of the trail before we all raced down the trail and back to the car.

List 10 things that you never tire of doing.

By the end of your life, what do you hope to have accomplished?

Now I am about to admit that I am a very boring person that doesn't seem to have much ambition. There are some things that I would like to accomplish before the end of my life although none of them are huge or life changing or will make it so that people will remember me.
When I die I want for my children and husband to always say that I had always been there and supported them. That would be a great accomplishment in my opinion.
I would like to of graduated from college.
I would like to have served a mission.
I would like to of left my children only money and no debt.
Now I didn't get to think about this one much and there is more that I would like to accomplish but it all just seems pretty boring to me.
