Some old pictures of Ella

Okay so there are more of Ella then anyone else for 2 reasons. One I didn't have digital before her and two she is the one that has changed the most since getting the digital camera. I only have 2 pictures of Ella from her first birthday. Shortly after her birthday my laptop crashed and I didn't have a lot of the pictures backed up I have since learned my lesson. I only have these because Pam had saved them on her email. This is the outfit that Pam got Ella for her first birthday

Ella was 15 months in this picture. She has always had the best smiles.

mmmm doors taste so good. This is from right after we moved on base in Mountain Home she is about 19 months old

Tyler got these awesome glasses for his birthday and she looks like such a goof ball in them. She was about 8 months old

She got pneumonia when she was 7 months old and was on breathing treatments for it for about a week. She also had a double ear infection.

See she was such a cheesier. That sore on her neck was all my fault. It may or may not of had to do with a tread mill. That will forever remain a secret I still feel guilty about it.

Joy

I am grateful for my sister Joy. She is such a great woman. I have such a ball with her. When I was growing up I always wanted to be like her and that hasn't changed. I am lucky that Heavenly Father not only sent me a sister but a friend. I love you sis!!!

I could be on, Are you smarter then a 5th grader?

I remember graduating from 5th grade a nice teacher named Mrs. Sanchez handed me a little card that told me so. So who would of thought that I would of been doing 5th grade all over again when my twins hit 5th grade. I knew that I would be helping out with homework every night what parent doesn't but I didn't know that I would be doing 45 minutes of reading and over a hour of additional homework each night. Yep that is what Nichole has every single night and this stuff is hard. We just finished some math homework that was Algebra. Let me just give you an example The Bactrain camel has 2 humps and the Dromedary camel has one hump. In a group of 15 camels, the total number of humps is 21. How many camels of each type are there? Yep. Algebra. It only took me about 10 minutes of trying before I stumbled across the answer (thanks dad and Lesley) and another 20 minutes to explain it to my 11 year old. Yay 5th grade again is so much fun!!!

Imaginations

I am grateful for imaginations. So much good has come out of imaginations. For example my kids playing for hours with a load of what I think is junk but they call them McDonalds toys. And hello we would not have the twilight series without someones imagination. I love books so I have to be grateful that someone had the imagination to write up all of these stories that I have fallen in love with.

Husband

How can I write a list without Nate on it. I am so grateful for my husband. He is my best friend. He is a wonderful dad. Nate is a wonderful example of the person I strive to be. I can't even put into words what he means to me. So lets just say. He has made me into the person I am today and I don't know where I would be without him. I love you babe.

Grandma's and Grandpa's

I am grateful for grandpa's and grandma's. I have alot of fond memories of my grandparents and I have enjoyed getting to know Nate's. They are great examples of strength and courage to me. I am grateful to have them in my life.

Disney On Ice

Ella and I went to Disney on Ice with some of our friends as part of her birthday present. It was so much fun. We started the day out eating dinner at chilli's restaurant and then made our way over to BSU. We were a little early and had to wait in line for 45 minutes before they would let us in but we had a great parking spot. I never thought that I would actually take one of my kids to one of these kind of shows until but it was worth every penny. She was amazed and we both had a great time with each other. She was bouncing out of her seats with joy when the show started. At the end the little kids ran down to see the characters and Ella got to shake Cinderella's hand. As well as many others Cinderella just made Ella's day. I know there are a ton of pictures but since this is my journal the pictures are more for me to remember. Although for some reason the blog has just been downloading it in whatever order it decides to put them in. So they are not in order.

Forever

I am grateful that I got to be sealed to my family forever. Not for just this life here on earth but forever. My family means the world to me and I am grateful that Heavenly Father has given us all this special gift. I love them now and forever.

Ella's princess and prince birthday party

Ella had a great birthday party. She invited 4 princesses and 2 princes to her party. When they arrived they got to put on their tutu's and robes. We started out the party by making Tiara's and crowns. Then we played some fun games. We played pass the pumpkin, the princess and the pea, and pin the kiss on the frog. The games went a lot quicker then I imagined and we were lucky enough to have someone lend us their bouncy castle so the kids got to bouncy away in that for a little while. Next we came inside and opened presents and ate cake. The little girls got wands to go with their tutu's and the boys got swords to go with their robes. Ella had a great time. Thank you Nicole and Heather for your help and thanks all you little kids for showing up. view more from the top
