My friends and I decided that it would be fun to take the kids to the zoo before school started. The Anchorage zoo is a very small zoo. The kids seemed to enjoy it though and that's all that is important. We met several of our friends at the zoo. We met The Nisonger's, The Quimby's, The Kincade's, and The Murphy's. The kids enjoyed watching the bears the most. They thought that it was so funny to watch it pee everywhere. The zoo provided a hammock for the bear and the kids thought that was funny to see the bear on the hammock and when it peed off the side of the hammock we couldn't get them to talk about anything else.
This musk ox was very close to us It kept sticking its head out of the fence to eat the weeds. The kids liked that a lot. Each of the kids took a picture of it with my camera on my phone. I didn't post them on here because well, kids took them and they weren't the best picture.
Two of the boys (Tyler, the red head and Liam) had the best situation of them all. They would get sick of walking and hitch a ride on the wagon.
Ella and her friend Lexi pushed around Dene's little girl in her stroller. Ella didn't hang out with me as much as with Lexi. She really enjoyed taking care of Dene's little girl.

Tyler was less then enthused to get his picture taken. That is a wolf in the background.
Tyler and his buddies Ben and Brandon. Tyler always thinks that his friends have to carry him everywhere. And those suckers fall for it every time.
