"We believed in our idea - a family park where parents and children could have fun- together." - Walt Disney

Our second day in Disneyland was equally as great as the first day.  We woke up with every intention of arriving at Disneyland just as it opened but really does that ever work out? We ate breakfast at the hotel and then went back upstairs to get ready to leave.  Ella got a Rapunzel dress to wear for the day.  She felt so good in it.  Everywhere we went the workers in Disneyland called her "princess". She was thrilled.  We started off our adventure with going on Space Mountain then right over to autotopia.  We wandered around Disney for a while then we headed over to California Adventures.  Ella begged and begged to go on The Tower of Terror all the day before but I was worried that she would freak out if she went on it the first day and then wouldn't go on any other ride.  It was a good choice.  The first ride that we rode on in California Adventures was The Tower of Terror.  She HATED it!  She cried and screamed "Mommy, mommy, help me mommy"! The whole ride.  When we got off the ride she cried and was mad that she went on it.  My dad and I went on the ride again while Ella and my mom went on the kids rides around the area.  After we went right over to Soaring over California.  What a great ride that was.  You get whisked over the main attractions in California.  When the ride soars you over the ocean you smell salt water.  When you fly over the orange fields you smell orange blossoms, and my favorite when you zoom over the red wood forest you smell pine.  It is a great ride.  We left California Adventure and went back to the hotel.  Another great thing about the day is that we took the shuttle for the day! What a great idea it was.  That way we didn't have to walk to and from Disneyland and after walking around all day it was great to not have to walk back to the hotel.
While back at the hotel Ella went down and went swimming with my mom.  Then we jumped back onto the shuttle and went back to Disneyland so that we could watch the parade.  I think it's called the magic of music.  We got an excellent spot.  We sat right on the curb.  It was great some of the performers even came up and interacted with Ella.  But her favorite part was when she saw Rapunzel on the float.  Rapunzel saw looked right at her and waved.  Ella showed her her dress and Rapunzel said, "You dressed like me? Awww"!  Ella was ecstatic.  She was smiling ear to ear.
We left the park after the parade and walked to Bubba Gump Shrimp.  Yep just like the Forest Gump movie.  We all enjoyed some seafood and some Forest Gump trivia.  We then walked back to Disneyland so that we could hop the shuttle back to the hotel.
Ella all dressed up like Rapunzel. I tried to braid her hair like Rapunzel would of braided her.

Dad, Mom and Ella walking around Main Street Disney
The Buzz Lightyear ride was so fun.  You got to shoot at Zurg and get points for hitting the target.
Ella got her drivers license and was able to drive a car in Autotopia.
We walked over to Downtown Disney and Ella, my mom, and I went into Sephoria a make up store.  Ella picked out make up to put on.
Ella got a autograph book for her present that day.

Ella went swimming on her break. I took a nap.
The start of the parade!

Outside of Bubba Gump Shrimp there was sidewalk chalk for the kids to color with!
