HELP! I'M BEING HELD HOSTAGE BY TWO AWOL UNWINDS. NOD IF YOU UNDERSTAND.- Lev

mockingjay
I have read 3 books over the past 2 weeks. I was so excited to read this book that I went and bought it the day that it came out to the store. It is the 3rd and final book in The Hunger Games series. I wish that I could of devoted one whole day to reading it but since I had to split my time with a wedding I wasn't able to. I thought about the book every spare minute and I couldn't wait for my parents to go to bed so that I could read it without being rude and coming to their house and reading the whole time. In this book Katniss has to go to the capitol and fight it in order to get an inhuman game to stop from happening. Katniss is used by District 13 as a symbol of freedom. I personally think that district 13 wasn't much better then the capitol. I really, really love this series. The first book was by far my favorite. The second book I felt was redundant and the third book I felt wasn't written as well as the others. Stuff took place in the third book that I didn't even know happened until pages later. I had to go back and reread some of it to find out what happened. All in all I would recommend this series to anyone!

The Wizard Heir
This book is Harry Potter meets the Hunger Games just not as good as either one. Although it is a good book. This is a second book in a series. The first being the Warrior Heir. When Weir folks are born they have a crystal in behind their hearts that determines what kind of Weir they are going to be. This book is about a boy with a wizard stone. He has to learn how to use his wizard skill and try to stop Gregory from killing a whole bunch of Weir folks. I liked this book and I have the third one to read but it wasn't my favorite book of all time.
UnwindThis book is a really easy read. I read it in a day. It is about a time when abortion is outlawed. But to make it balance out parents can either give unwanted kids away on a doorstep when they are born (and if you get "storked" You have to keep and raise the baby) or you can choose to have your child unwound between the ages of 13 and 18. Once you sign a order for your child to be unwound (they take every single piece of your child's body and donate it so that someone else can you it. You need a full head of hair go there are plenty of unwounds hair available. You need a new lung, finger, kidney, foot you name it. You can have surgery and take someones unwound kids part). This book is about 3 kids who are taken to be unwound and how they escaped and trying not to be caught. I found this book quite sad really. But it was entertaining.

I felt the same way about Mockingjay! I'd be reading and be like, "Wait! When did that happen?" and go back reread. Good books though. :)
