A Scout is never taken by surprise; he knows exactly what to do when anything unexpected happens.

A month after Tyler finished his Webelos badge for cub scouts.  He worked very hard clear up until his birthday so that he could also get his arrow of light.  He is now moving on and will be working on getting his badges in Boy Scouts.   Great work Tyler.  I know how hard you worked on to get your Webelos badge and your Arrow of Light.  Daddy and Mommy are so proud of you.
