Nichole started Cross country in August. She loves it. She practices Monday-Wednesday and has a meet and practices again every single week. She does really well at it too. Her team took 2nd place at the last meet and she runs in at about 11th place for her team. One time she was running through town with one of her friends. Every time they run they are given a paper with the route on to follow. Well she is not a very good navigator and the two girls got lost. They wondered around for about 10 minutes together trying to find out where they go. Someone that the girl she was running with knew stopped and asked if they wanted a ride. Nichole not knowing the person did not get in the car but her friend did and left her all by herself. Nichole then wandered around for 15 minutes by herself until someone that she knew stopped and asked if she wanted a ride. By the time she got back to the meeting point she was in near tears. When she started walking to me she had had enough and was in tears. I felt really bad.
