You are all pretty sick of hearing about our chickens but unfortunately I am not done telling about them. We picked up 4 new chicken yesterday the good thing about these ones is that we are sure that they are hens. They will not lay eggs still for another 2 months but they are about 2 months older then the ones that we have now. One of these chickens will be laying colored eggs so we are excited about that and one of them is going to be laying 1-2 eggs a day which is very good. Nate was happy to get some more chickens to make up for the ones that the dog killed. 
If you look under the wing on the one on the right you will see the littlest chickens head poking out
They like to all huddle together. The new ones are not used to people so they run away from us so this is the closest that I could get to them.

I'm glad you were able to get new ones. Once they start laying eggs, it'll be fun for the kids to collect them. Good luck with this adventure.

I'm so glad you found me and that I can keep track of your family. It looks like you live in a fun place. My kids would love it.
And killing his chickens did not convince Nate that Pretzel is evil?!
