A sad day in the Musil household. Pretzel, our stupid, stupid dog, got into the chicken coop and proceeded to kill 3 of the remaining 5 chickens. Does anyone want a dog? I have been trying to give her away for years and I think today is as good a day as any. I wouldn't cry. But everyone else would.

Awww darn, that is sad! It's hard to take the instinct away when we tell the dogs to "go get the bird." Hopefully everyone will pull through and you'll get some new chickens. :-(
