Since we are going to be gone the actual award ceremony day at school Tyler was given his award today. He got an award for having the most AM (Accelerated Math) objectives mastered for the whole 3rd grade. Tyler really loves AM and he has been flying through it. I was not at all surprised when he got the award for that.
Tyler's principal came in to give him the award and the shirt that he won. Tyler did not know what was going on at first and hounded me all the night before trying to figure out why I was coming into his class. I thought that it would be a good surprise so I didn't tell him.
