The kids had so much fun this last week getting ready to celebrate Valentine's Day. We made treats to share and filled out Valentine's. Plus they got all that candy.

Both of Nichole's classes had to vote and agree on handing out Valentine Cards this year. Of course the kids wanted to. I was excited for that because with her being in middle school I wasn't sure how they were going to be celebrating Valentine's Day.

We had to buy double the cards this year because of the 2 classes.

Natalie's class didn't even give the kids an option. They didn't celebrate it at all. But I let Natalie fill out Valentine cards for her friends. It's hard to watch the other kids do it when you can't.

But the school handed out candy grams that you could buy for your friends. Natalie got quite a few of those. But she was unable to buy any. They sold them during lunch and she was working in the lunch room so she didn't get the chance to buy them.

Ella got these sponge animal's from her Grandma and Grandpa
Musil for Valentine's Day. She loved making them. Plus I was gone taking pictures at a wedding the day that she opened them so it gave her something to do with the big girls.

I did help Ella make Valentine's Day cards for her friend. I had her write them out herself. She didn't like that at all. It says Happy Valentine Ella that is all I could get her to write and about all of the room she had on her tiny piece of paper

Tyler had a party in his class (that I didn't get to go to because we are temporarily a one car family) They made Valentine's day cards for their parents and had tons of junk food.
Tyler had a great time filling out his Valentine's Day cards. He would look at what they said and then pick which one of his friends to give it to. It was really cute and very sismilar to what I used to do when I was his age.

Happy V-day everyone. Where's my valentine everyone worked so hard on? Is it the same place Ella's letter is? I love you all.
