Happy Halloween

We had a great Halloween this year. It was super busy. Tyler had a pajama party for his class party this year. Ella and I were lucky enough to go to the party with him. They decorated cookies and had treats. They even got to play my favorite games from when I was a kid Heads up 7up. After the party Nate carved pumpkins with the kids while I ran to the grocery store. I then had to hurry quick and whip up some stew and cookies. I ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off (I really have seen that and ew gross) getting the kids ready for Trick or treating. The big girls decided that they were going to go trick or treating with their friends which was a sad thing for me. And I took the other 2 to our ward's truck or treating. My little ones made bank at Trunk or treating. It was so fun. We had stew and chili and lots of different deserts. After Trunk or treating I told the kids that we could go to a few houses before we went home. They had a great time. Ella stood by the front door of one house and said with a thrill in her voice "this is going to be fun." They girls had fun with their friend too. They got to stay out until 10:00 which was a huge thing for them. They didn't go to as many houses but they had a blast hanging out with their friend. Ella's loot

Ella went as little red riding hood
Tyler's stash
He went as a ghost and hated me painting his face white so we rubbed most of it off.
Anxious to get going
Natties treasure
Nattie the punk rock skeleton
Nichole's bank

Nichole went as a flapper.

It was the best Halloween weather we have been in since leaving Arizona. We didn't even have to wear jackets. It was perfect.

Your kids look great as always! It was fun to talk with you at the Trunk or Treat. Hopefully things will be less busy for you this week. Maybe we could get together :0)
